HEXIT is provided as a personal habit tracking tool. It is intended to help users track daily actions and develop consistency.
HEXIT does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice.
2) Responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the app and the habits / actions you choose to track.
HEXIT does not guarantee personal results, outcomes, improvements or transformation.
3) AI Usage (Optional)
If you choose to use your own AI API key, you agree that:

You are responsible for API fees, rate limits, terms and conditions imposed by that provider.

Motivational sentences generated are suggestions only — not advice or instructions.
4) Intellectual Property
The HEXIT name, brand identity, UI concepts, design, structure, visual logic (hex-based habit tracking), copy and all related intellectual property remain the property of HEXIT / Holica.
You may not reverse-engineer, clone, recreate or resell the product or logic.
5) App Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue part or all of the app at any time.
